Hello everyone!
I just recently returned from a 1-week Mediterranean cruise. I had a great time, and miss Bianca Coldwell, Sylvanian traveller and journalist extraordinaire, insisted that she had to come with me.
I thought the pictures from the trip would work wonderfully as my entry for the June challenge in the Sylvanarium (Tourism), so here they are.
Here we have Bianca getting her luggage ready for the trip. She has her passport, her bag, some snacks, her hat, and of course a thin jacket in case it gets cold in the upper deck of the ship.
A few hours later, after a bus trip and some paperwork, we managed to get onboard. Here is Bianca admiring the moving sea outside our cabin's window.
She carefully checked the instructions regarding the life jacket in case of emergency. Safety is the most important thing when one is travelling!
She did manage to relax after a while though, and even enjoyed some drinks (her size, of course) with us!
She also enjoyed some sightseeing with us, of course. Here she is in the island of Olbia (Sardinia, Italy).
And she couldn't miss the beautiful Rome, of course! Here she is at the Roman Colosseum, or Flavian Amphitheatre.
We really enjoyed our trip, and I hope you liked these pictures!
For this challenge, I made Bianca's tiny passport and covered a matchbox in paper to make her bed (Maileg style, haha). I also made a small nightgown with some old pyjamas. It's very simply and full of velcro, but it did the job for the picture. I also added some lace to the upper part later, but it didn't stay on very well.
Thank you for reading, and I hope that you had a wonderful month of June!
